We are excited to announce the launch of our new guest reviews feature that'll enable your restaurant to gather important feedback from your guests.
Once your restaurant is activated for reviews, you can:
- Gather feedback through an automated email requesting your guests to rate and review their experience
- Review individual guest reviews to ensure every guest has a good experience and reach out to unsatisfied customers to build a strong customer relationship
- Track your restaurant's performance through the review section in advanced guest reports
- Use the daily review report email to track your restaurant's daily performance and take actionable decisions in your daily team meetings
- Share and highlight positive feedback with your staff

We've expanded our online ordering suite to now include delivery, making it easier than ever to accept delivery orders right from your restaurant widget.
Our online delivery system enables restaurants to:
- Reduce reliance on expensive 3rd party delivery platforms and reach a wider audience by setting up your online delivery system through Eat App
- Keep customers updated about their delivery through three new order statuses: 'Order received', 'Being prepared', and 'On the way'

Show/Hide Duplicate Guests 👧🏽
To enable a more efficient reservation process, you can now choose to hide or show possible duplicates for a guest profile under the guest tab as per your preference.
Improved Discount Visibility 🔢
Discounts associated with a reservation can now easily be viewed under reservation details and also on the reservation cell at a quick glance. Reservations can also be filtered by discounts.
