Adding/Updating Credit Card Information

Keep your payment details up-to-date in your Eat App account to ensure uninterrupted access to paid features and subscription renewals.

How to Add or Update Your Credit Card

Add card

Note: Please use a valid credit card with sufficient available credit to avoid failed payments or service interruptions.

  1. Log in to Table Manager.

  2. From the left sidebar, go to Account Management.

  3. Select Credit Card under Billing section.
  4. Click Add new credit card to take you to the page where you can input your credit card details.
  5. Enter your credit card details, and click PAY USD 1.00 to verify and add your card on file.

A $1 temporary hold will be placed on your card to verify and authorize the payment method. This amount will be automatically credited back to your account within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank).

 

When to Update Your Card

Update your credit card details when:

  • Your card is about to expire

  • Your card was replaced or reissued

  • Your previous transaction was declined

Keeping the card updated ensures your subscription stays active and prevents service interruptions.
