# Guest profiles

Navigate to any guest profile from your [guests tab](https://restaurant.eatapp.co/knowledge/guest-management) and then switch over the "Reservation history" to see reservation specific reviews as well as their overall average review score on the top right.

Clicking into ["Guest CRM"](https://restaurant.eatapp.co/knowledge/advanced-crm) from your guest tab will also allow you to filter and locate specific guest ratings.

Reviews are also visible from within advanced reports. To get here, head to the [reports tab](https://restaurant.eatapp.co/knowledge/restaurant-reports) on the left hand sidebar and click "Advanced reports" on the top right.
