      Guest profiles

      Navigate to any guest profile from your guests tab and then switch over the "Reservation history" to see reservation specific reviews as well as their overall average review score on the top right.

      Clicking into "Guest CRM" from your guest tab will also allow you to filter and locate specific guest ratings.

       

       

      Reviews are also visible from within advanced reports. To get here, head to the reports tab on the left hand sidebar and click "Advanced reports" on the top right.
