How can your guests manage their reservations

When one of your guests uses your booking widget to make a reservation at your restaurant online, they will receive a link in their confirmation email to either modify or cancel their reservation.

Please note that your guests cannot modify their reservations if there is a payment attached.


When a guest modifies or cancels their reservation, you will receive an email informing you of the change and the booking will automatically be modified in Eat App. The email you receive will also include the reason why they canceled their booking.
