Start sending automated WhatsApp messages in less than 2min
Automated WhatsApp messaging can be used to send pre-set welcome messages, reservation reminders, promotional offers, payment information & more.
Step 1 : In the side navigation panel, go to Messaging and click on Message templates
Step 2 : On the left, click on the WhatsApp option to go to the WhatsApp activation page
Step 3 : In the WhatsApp activation page, simply click on the ‘Activate Free Credits Now’ button to instantly activate your free WhatsApp credits.

Each WhatsApp credit allows you to send multiple messages to one customer within 24 hours i.e. 1 WhatsApp credit = 1 conversation within 24 hours.
Note: On the WhatsApp activation page, you can see the cost breakdown and cost comparison between WhatsApp messages and SMS for your venue in your respective country using the ‘See cost breakdown’ button.
