How to generate reservation and guest report?

Reservation Report Database

The reservation report provides a  list of all bookings made at your restaurant.

To generate a reservation report, log in to your Table Management account.

From your floor view, navigate to Reports and select Reservation Database.

You can filter the report by the reservation date you're interested in. Additionally, use the filters on the left side to refine your view:

  • Covers: Filters based on the number of covers.
  • Reservation Creation Date: Filters based on when the reservation was made (note: this is different from the reservation date).
  • Status: Filters based on the assigned status of the reservation.
  • Reservation Types: Filters based on the platform used to make the reservation, either Online or In-house.
  • Walk-in: Filters based on walk-in guests.
  • Booking Channel: Filters based on the source of the booking.
  • Shift Name: Filters based on the specific shift.
  • Room: Filters based on the layout room in your venue.
  • Table: Filters based on the specific table assigned to the guests.
  • Preferences: Filters based on preferences.
  • Concierge: Filters based on concierge in charge.
  • Ratings: Filters based on guest ratings or feedback provided.

 

 

Guest Report Database

The guest report provides the list of all the guest who have made reservation at your restaurant.

To generate a guest report, log in to you Table Management account.

From your floor view, go to Reports and choose Guest Database.

You can sort the report using criteria such as name, email, phone number, and more. Additionally, you can apply filters from the options on the left side to further refine the report.

  • Reservation Start Date: Filters by the date of the reservation.
  • Age: Filters by the age of the guest associated with the reservation.
  • Birthday: Filters by the birthday of the guest associated with the reservation.
  • Gender: Filters by the gender of the guest associated with the reservation.
  • Title: Filters by the title of the guest, such as Mr., Mrs., or Ms.
  • Guest Tags: Filters by tags associated with the guest.
  • Number of Upcoming Reservations: Filters by the guest's next or upcoming reservations.
  • Number of Visits: Filters by the total number of visits made by the guest.
  • Number of Reviews: Filters based on the number of reviews submitted by the guest.
  • Average Ratings: Filters based on the average ratings given by the guest.
  • Number of Canceled Reservations: Filters by the number of reservations canceled by the guest.
  • Number of No-Show Reservations: Filters by the number of reservations where the guest did not show up.
  • Number of Covers: Filters based on the number of covers or guests included in a reservation.
  • Total Spend: Filters based on the total amount spent by the guest.
  • Average Spend per Reservation: Filters based on the average amount spent by the guest per reservation.
  • Average Spend per Cover: Filters based on the average amount spent per guest.
  • Guest Creation Date: Filters based on the date the guest profile was created.
  • Reservation Creation Date: Filters based on the date the reservation was made.
  • Last Visit Date: Filters based on the date of the guest's last visit or reservation.
  • Next Visit Date: Filters based on the date of the guest's next visit or reservation.
  • First Visit Date: Filters based on the date of the guest's first visit or reservation.
  • Reservation Tags: Filters by tags associated with the reservation made by the guest.
  • Marketing: Filters the report based on guests who have subscribed to marketing emails.
