How to Purchase Add-Ons
Add-ons let you unlock additional features and messaging credits on top of your base plan. Most add-ons are available to purchase directly through your account (self-serve), while some, such as API access and monthly SMS/WhatsApp plans, require assistance from our support team or your account manager.

How to Purchase Add-Ons (Self-Serve)

- In the left-hand sidebar of your Table Manager, go to Account Management → Purchase add ons.
- Browse the Add-Ons catalog.
- They are organized into sections: Feature Add-Ons, SMS Bundles, WhatsApp Bundles, and WhatsApp Marketing Bundles.
- Click Add + on your chosen add-on.
- Each add-on card has an Add + button. Click it to add the item to your cart. You can select multiple add-ons before proceeding.
- Review your Summary
- The Summary panel on the right side of the screen will update with your selected add-ons and the total cost.
- Apply a discount code (optional)
- If you have a promo or discount code, enter it in the "Have a discount code?" field and click Apply.
- Proceed to Payment
- Click the Proceed to Payment button, and follow the prompts to complete the purchase. Your new add-ons will be activated immediately upon successful payment.

Messaging allowances are available in the following bundle sizes:

WhatsApp Marketing Bundles are for outbound marketing messages and are separate from WhatsApp conversation bundles.

Fixed allowance per month, and resets at the start of the each month
- If credits run out early, SMS will be disabled unless you request to continue sending at a pay-per-transaction rate for any additional messages until your allowance resets at the start of the next billing cycle.

💡 Which is right for you?
Bundles are great if your usage varies month to month. Monthly Plans provide predictable costs and are better suited to high-volume senders with steady messaging needs.
