To Access: Go to Integrations -> WhatsApp AI Chatbot configuration , or, Integrations -> Knowledgebase Editor

Give guests instant answers using your own knowledge base, FAQs or website content. It’s quick to configure and free to activate.

You can also configure your Knowledgebase here too!

📥 Navi Conversation Inbox
View and manage all your previous Navi conversations in one place, then quickly revisit earlier questions and reports.

How to access: Just click the side button on Navi to see your previous chats!

🪑 Guest Table Selection
Let guests choose their preferred table or seat and charge extra for premium locations.

How to access: Go to integrations -> Widget and select Table selection to configure it

⏳ Reservation Hold Timers
Temporarily hold a table while a guest completes their booking, with a timer duration chosen by you.

How to access: Go to integrations -> widget and select 'slot hold duration' toggle to on

✨ AI Daily and Guest Summaries
Get a clear overview of the day before your pre-shift meeting, or instantly understand an upcoming guest before they arrive.
