Moving guests to a different table

Learn how to move seated guests or reassign future reservations to a different table.

Seated Guests

If a guest has already been seated, you can move them by dragging their reservation to any unoccupied table on the floor plan.  Select Move Guest, and their table assignment will update automatically.

Reassign tables

To change the table assigned to a future reservation:
  1. Open the reservation, then click Table.
  2. On the table selection screen, the currently assigned tables will appear highlighted in green. Click the assigned table to unassign it.
  3. Select a different available table.
  4. Click Update at the upper left side of the window. You can check the lower right of the window to confirm that changes have been saved. 
 

In Timeline view, you can also move or manage reservations by dragging and dropping the reservation to a different available table. The table assignment will update automatically.
