Refunding payments
Successful payments can be refunded by navigating the payment details and clicking "Refund". This will trigger an SMS and Email to the guest informing them that their payment has been refunded. You can also choose to partially refund a payment if you accidentally charged the wrong amount or for any reason you need to return a portion of the payment back to the guest.
