To edit any reservation, open the [Table Management](https://app.eatapp.co/), then click the guest's reservation that you want to edit. ![Reservation details](https://restaurant.eatapp.co/hs-fs/hubfs/Mitos%20New%20Upload%20for%20KB/Reservation%20details.png?width=688&height=396&name=Reservation%20details.png) Reservation details will show on the right side. From there, you may edit the below fields: - **Time**: The time of the reservation, in cases when a customer is running late and you want to quickly amend their reservation details. - **Wait time** (only if the reservation is on the waitlist) - **Covers**: The party size, in situations where more or less guests show up than initially planned. - **Table**: The table number incase you want to move the guest's table - **Status**: The status of the reservation (eg: when a customer requests the bill, you can change the status to "Check Dropped"), this helps your staff stay informed of where every single one of your guests is along their diner journey.) - **Duration**: The duration of the booking. - **Date**: The date of reservation, incase the guest wants to reschedule the booking. You may also add **Preference**, **Tags**, **Notes**, **Comments** on the  right side of the reservation details. We've grouped all the statuses based on this lifecycle allowing you to easily [filter/sort](https://restaurant.eatapp.co/knowledge/using-reservation-filters) based on these properties. The lifecycle stages and their respective statuses are as follows: - Upcoming - Not confirmed - Confirmed - No Answer - Late - Pre-service - Arrived - Partially arrived - Waitlist - In-service - Seated - Appetizer - Main Course - Dessert - Check dropped - Completed - Finished - Removed - Canceled - Denied - No show #### Reservation history Reservation history allows you or your staff to track all changes made to a specific reservation during its lifetime.
