How to Block Restaurant Hours?
You can block restaurant hours on the fly from the Table Manager by clicking the ⊘ icon and selecting Full Restaurant (or Blocking Hours).
Blocking feature enhancement: You can now also create recurring blocking!
Blocking hours from Floor View

- From the Table Manager Floor View, click ⊘ at the top right side, and select Full Restaurant.
- Choose whether you want to block online reservations or in-house or both, and if it's a one-time blocking or recurring.
- One -time blocking means reservations are blocked from a specified start date and time until the specified end date and time.
- Recurring blocking means blocking a selected day and specific time range on a repeating schedule, so that no new bookings or reservations can be made during that period.
- Set the date, time, specific days, or a range for the period you want to block.
- Click Block Hours to complete the process. Below it, you will see any active blocking rules that apply to the date you’re currently viewing.
Blocking hours from Availability section
You can also edit or create new blocked hours by going to Availability > Block Hours > Block new hours

If you want to block specific tables or room only, follow the steps here.
Deleting a Blocking Rule
You can remove a blocking rule from either Floor View or Block hours under Availability section.
- Simply click ⊘ from the Table Manager, and the trash bin beside the active blocking rule entry you want to delete.
From the Table Manager, go to Availability > Block hours, and then click the 3 dots of the blocking entry you'd like to remove. Click Delete blocked hours.
While your availability updates appear in real-time on the Eat app widget, please note that it may take 8 to 24 hours for these changes to reflect on Google Reserve if integration is active.
