Using table labels
Table Labels show key reservation and table details directly on your floor plan, making it easier for your team to monitor table status during service. To use them, go to Floor Configuration → Table Labels, then choose which labels to display and select the label size.
How to Access Table Labels

In Floor View, click Floor Configuration (⋮) in the top-right corner, then select Table Labels.

Choose which labels to display and where they should appear: above, middle, below, or in all positions on the table.

Click Apply Labels to save the changes.

You can display labels above the table, below the table, or both, depending on how you want information to appear on your floor plan.
Adjusting Label Size
Table labels can be resized to fit your floor layout:
- Very Small
- Small
- Large
Choose the size that best fits your floor view and ensures the information remains easy to read.
Available Table Label Options
Upcoming Reservation Details

All upcoming – Displays all upcoming reservations for the table during the day

All upcoming + covers – Shows all upcoming reservations for the table along with the number of guests for each booking

Upcoming in shift – Displays reservations scheduled for the table during the current shift

Upcoming in shift + covers – Shows reservations during the current shift along with the number of guests for each booking

Next reservation – Displays the next reservation scheduled for the table

Next reservation + covers – Shows the next reservation along with the number of guests
Timing and Status

Time lapsed – Displays how much time has passed since the current reservation started or since the guests were seated

Time remaining – Displays how much time is left before the current reservation is expected to end

Status – Shows the current reservation status
Guest and Reservation Information

Covers – Shows the number of guests assigned to the current reservation

Guest abbreviated name – Displays a shortened version of the guest’s name

Guest name – Displays the full guest name on the reservation

Reservation tags – Displays any tags added to the reservation
-
Guest tags – Displays any tags associated with the guest profile

Eat ID – Displays the reservation’s unique Eat App ID
Table and Staff Information

Server – Shows the server assigned to the table.

Table Capacity – Displays the minimum and maximum number of guests the table can accommodate.

If tables overlap on your floor plan, hover over the table to view all associated labels

Labels update automatically during service to reflect changes in reservations or table status

The Guest name label is only shown for upcoming reservations scheduled for the current day
