Table labels help restaurant operators gain more information about their current restaurant performance on the fly. Table labels are accessible by clicking Floor Configuration ⋮ on the top right corner of the floor view and then selecting Table Labels.
Table labels can be applied above a table on your restaurant layout, below a table, or both and they aim to provide key insights when you need them most.
In case of overlapping tables, a quick hover over a table will display all the attached table labels at the top.
Label options size
Table label options size can be adjusted from very small, small and large, depending on how you want them to be displayed.
Label options
The following options are available for table labels.
All upcoming: This label will display all upcoming reservation on the table within the day.
All upcoming + covers: This label will display all upcoming reservations for the table, along with the number of covers for each reservation.
Upcoming in shift: This label will display all upcoming reservations for the table during a specific shift
Upcoming in shift + covers: This label will display all upcoming reservations for the table during a specific shift, including the number of covers for each reservation.
Next reservation: This label will display the next reservation for the table.
Next reservation + covers: This label will display the next reservation for the table, including the number of covers for each reservation.
Time lapsed: This label displays how long your current guests have been seated at this table.
Time remaining: This label displays an estimate of how long the currently seated guests have left for their reservation.
Covers: This label displays how many guests are currently seated at this table.
Guest abbreviated name: This label will display the abbreviated name of the guest associated with the reservation currently seated.
Guest name: This label will display the name of the guest associated with the reservation currently seated.
Server name: This label will display the name of the server/waiter that is currently responsible for the table.
Table capacity: This label will display the minimum and maximum number of covers this table can seat.
Reservation tags: This label will display any tags associated with the current reservation.
Guests tags: This label will display any tags associated with the guest with the current reservation.
Eat ID: This label will display the unique Eat ID associated with the reservation.
Status: This label will display the current reservation status.
