What is Grid?

Grid is a powerful guest flow management tool built right into Eat App.

A common problem restaurant manager’s face, is seating too many walk-ins in a short period of time. This can cause the kitchen to become overwhelmed and lead diners to become unhappy about the wait.

With Grid, restaurant operators can easily manage their front of house by balancing the number of guests seated with the total number of guests the kitchen staff can handle in any given time period. This results in an overall better customer experience for your guests and less complaints.

In Grid, reservations are split into hourly intervals that are segmented into 15 minute time slots, giving your restaurant staff a granular look at your restaurant occupancy over the day.
