Using table labels

Table labels help restaurant operators gain more information about their current restaurant performance on the fly. Table labels are accessible by clicking "Floor Configuration" on the top right corner of floor view and then selecting "Table Labels".

 

Table labels can be applied above a table on your restaurant layout, below a table, or both and they aim to provide key insights when you need them most.

In case of overlapping tables, a quick hover over a table will display all the attached table labels at the top.

Label options

The following options are available for table labels.

Upcoming reservation: If there is another reservation on a table, this label will display when the next reservation is scheduled for. This table label will also highlight late reservations in red.

Time lapsed: This label displays how long your current guests have been seated at this table.

Time remaining: This label displays an estimate of how long the currently seated guests have left for their reservation.

Covers: This label displays how many guests are currently seated at this table.

Guest name: This label will display the name of the guest associated with the reservation currently seated.

Guest abbreviated name: This label will display the abbreviated name of the guest associated with the reservation currently seated.

Server name: This label will display the name of the server/waiter that is currently responsible for the table.

Table name: This label will display the table name.

Table capacity: This label will display the minimum and maximum number of covers this table can seat.

Reservation tags: This label will display any tags associated with the current reservation.

Eat ID: This label will display the unique Eat ID associated with the reservation.
