  Is Eat a POS?

No. Eat is not a POS. However we can provide an integration between your POS and our system. This gives you real time spend information for all your guests and tables inside the app. 

  How much is support?
Zero. Support is free 24/7 through the app via instant messaging. Support is also available over the phone. Customers using our Pro app will receive priority support.
  What are the installation costs?
Zero. We do not charge an installation or set-up fee. Eat runs in the cloud and is available on the Web and iPad.
  Can I pay monthly?

Yes. We can provide you custom pricing options if you need a temporary solution or if your restaurant is seasonal. Pricing for different time periods:

  What is the Eat App Network?
The Eat Network is our consumer reservation platform operating across the Middle East. Restaurants located in any of these countries gain access to our diner and reservation platform on both the Free and Pro plans.
  What is the TripAdvisor button?
Through Eat restaurants can activate the yellow 'find a table' button on their TripAdvisor profile. This gives guests the ability to see real time table availability and book directly with your restaurant. Restrictions apply. Not available in USA or Canada.
