Is Eat a POS?
No. Eat is not a POS. However we can provide an integration between your POS and our system. This gives you real time spend information for all your guests and tables inside the app. 
How much is support?
Zero. Support  is free 24/7 through the app via instant messaging. Support is also available over the phone. Customers using our paid tiers will receive priority support.
What are the installation costs?
Zero. We do not charge an installation or set-up fee. Eat runs in the cloud and is available on the Web and iPad.
