We're excited to announce Eat App's latest integration with hotel Property Management System (PMS) software.

We get it! Hotel restaurants have unique challenges when it comes to managing both hotel and non-hotel guests. But now, with Eat App's new PMS integration feature, hotel restaurants can easily identify the hotel guests dining at their restaurants and so much more.

But before we go on to talk about the benefits, let us first take a look at why hotels should consider integrating their PMS software with Eat App:

Why integrate your PMS with Eat App?

To start, the integration combines two of the most important components of the hospitality industry; a comprehensive restaurant reservation and table management system, with PMS software. Therefore, the integration helps to streamline the guest experience, from check-in at your hotel to the seating of guests at the restaurant, essentially increasing efficiency and profits for the hotel and restaurant alike.

Eat App's PMS integration also helps hotel restaurants to manage all aspects of their operations from a single platform. But, that’s not all. The integration has many other benefits including:

  • Identifying guests by room number within Eat App

  • Automatically storing valuable room information in your guest book
  • Providing an overview of guests' check-in and check-out dates
  • Easily identifying hotel guests vs non-hotel guests visiting the restaurant

  • Collecting valuable information about your guests

Now, let's take a more in-depth look at a few of these benefits below.

1. Increasing guest loyalty

By integrating your PMS software with Eat App, it allows hotels to track guest data and analyze trends. This helps hotel restaurants better understand their guests' needs and preferences, and tailor their services to meet these requirements. This can also help hotel restaurants enhance their reputation and attract more clients.

Integrating Eat App with your PMS software is also beneficial since it allows hotels and restaurants to quickly identify the guest preferences mentioned above and cater to their needs. This also creates a better guest experience by providing guests with personalized recommendations and customized offers.

2. Enhancing your guest experiences

The integration of Eat App with PMS software also makes it easier for restaurant staff to know the hotel guests who will be dining at their venue. This allows them to see the status of specific rooms, the number of guests in each room, and the number of guests with confirmed reservations.  In addition, it allows a seamless guest experience from check-in to sit down as restaurant staff will be able to greet hotel guests without enquiring about which hotel room they are currently staying in.

>>> By integrating Eat App and PMS software, hotel restaurants can better serve their guests by instantly identifying their room information and ultimately increasing guest experiences.

PMS systems compatibility

Eat app is proud to announce that we can integrate with some of the major PMS software in the world. This includes Oracle, Autoclerk, Infor, Shiji, Anand systems, Maestro, Roomkey PMS, Springer-Miller Systems and Agilysys, and many more to come.

Conclusion

Guests these days expect a lot more from hotels. With Eat App's PMS integration, the benefits can help to improve the guest experience and give hotels better insight into their guests. Data collected through the integration can help hotels to make better business decisions about their offerings and specific price points.

Overall, the integration between Eat App and PMS software makes it easier for hotel restaurants to manage their operations and provide their guest with the best possible experience.
